1. Who We Are and What We Do

  • We are GAI Chatbots Solutions, a Netherlands-based company that builds custom AI chatbots using Botpress—perfect for customer support, sales, or team assistance.

  • Our services include designing, creating, and delivering chatbots for your website, apps, or internal systems, available worldwide.

2. Using Our Services

  • Eligibility: You must be 18 or older to use our services, or have a guardian’s consent.

  • Orders: We’ll agree on chatbot details (features, price) before starting. Orders are accepted at our discretion.

  • Your Role: You provide accurate info and any content (e.g., text, data) needed for the chatbot. You’re responsible for how you use it after delivery.

3. Payment

  • Prices are set when you order. Payment is due as agreed—via bank transfer or PayPal—either upfront, in stages, or on delivery.

  • Late payments may delay work or delivery. Fees are non-refundable unless we fail to deliver as promised.

4. Delivery and Ownership

  • We’ll deliver your chatbot within the agreed timeline, unless delays occur beyond our control (e.g., tech issues, your slow responses).

  • After full payment, you own the chatbot for your use, but we keep rights to our code, tools, and Botpress technology.

5. What We’re Not Responsible For

  • Your Use: We’re not liable for problems from how you use the chatbot—like errors, legal issues, or damages—after delivery.

  • Third Parties: Chatbots may connect to platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Botpress servers)—we’re not responsible for their downtime or rules.

  • Limits: We build to your specs, but don’t guarantee it’ll solve all issues or run perfectly forever.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our site and materials (e.g., designs, text) belong to us—you can’t copy them without permission.

  • Content you provide (e.g., logos, data) stays yours; you allow us to use it for the project.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancel before we start, and there’s no charge. After work begins, fees for completed steps aren’t refunded.

  • If we can’t deliver due to our mistake, we’ll refund what you paid for that part.

8. Privacy

  • We follow Dutch data laws (AVG/GDPR) and won’t share your info unless needed for the project or required by law, no matter where you are.

9. Limits of Liability

  • We’re not liable for indirect losses (e.g., lost profits) from our site or chatbots. Our max liability is what you paid us.

  • We’re not responsible for misuse, third-party failures, or events beyond our control (e.g., hacks).

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms. New versions will be posted here with the date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
